2. Then I go to the aforementioned file folder, "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bitdefender\SetupInformation\{6F57816A-791A-4159-A75F-CFD0C7EA4FBF}".



3. Then I right click on it and choose "Run as administrator" on the menu. And then, I choose Yes from the UAC window below.
• Program name: Bitdefender Installation File
• Program location: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bitdefender\setupinformation\{6F57…"



4. To automatically uninstall Bitdefender Total Security 2014, I choose the Remove option from the following "Repair or uninstall Bitdefender" wizard.



5. Then I check the option "FULL uninstall of Bitdefender" and press the green Next button on Uninstall Bitdefender window.



6. Afterwards, I have to wait, cuz Uninstall progress tells me that "Uninstalling… Uninstalling… 2%".



7. Later, I first choose the Finish option from the "Thank you for installing Bitdefender BETA!" wizard.

9. Close the remaining {6F57816A-791A-4159-A75F-CFD0C7EA4FBF} folder and restart my W8 computer.



10. To FULLY uninstall Bitdefender Total Security 2014, you may try your attempts to detect and delete the associated left overs at your own risk.
